Yemen celebration Campaign on IYB has been designed to be a participatory exercise among four UNDP funded projects serving four line-ministries and agencies working in environmental areas.
The line ministries are the Ministry of Water and Environment (MoWE), the environment protection Authority (EPA), the Ministry of Fish Wealth (MoFW) and the Disaster Management unit (DMU).
UNDP Projects contributed to the IBY campaign are:
- Sustainable Natural Resources Management Project (SNRMP),
- Strengthening Socotra‟s Policy and Regulatory Framework for Mainstreaming Biodiversity Project
- Economic Diversification Support Programme – Fisheries Duration.
- Disaster Preparedness, Management & Recovery Project Duration
